The CAMS Membership and Support Subscription service is available for children and young people aged 8 years and above. Support remains subject to CAMS Services Ltd assessment, safeguarding requirements, identified risks, suitable CAMS staff and service availability.

Your CAMS Membership stays with you. Your Support Subscription can change as your family’s needs change.
CAMS Members can choose the level of support that suits their family’s current needs. Your monthly Support Subscription determines the number of support hours available during that subscription period.

Increase your Support Subscription during the current period by paying the difference. A lower subscription takes effect from the next period. Pausing paid support also applies from the next applicable period. Ending CAMS Membership is separate from pausing a Support Subscription.

CAMS Members may request to use all or part of their remaining monthly support allocation within one session. Requests must normally be submitted at least 24 hours before the requested session and remain subject to CAMS Services Ltd assessment, safeguarding requirements, suitable CAMS staff availability and approval.
Support Subscription hours apply to the subscription period in which they are allocated. Unused standard subscription hours expire at the end of that subscription period. They do not automatically roll over into the next subscription period.
Where CAMS staff attend an agreed session at the arranged time and are required to wait because the family or young person is delayed, unavailable or not ready, CAMS Services Ltd reserves the right to treat up to 1 hour of reasonable waiting time as part of the booked support period and deduct that time from the member’s available Support Subscription hours.
Where appropriate to an agreed support plan, a CAMS Chaperone or Mentor may accompany a child or young person while accessing agreed community activities, appointments, sporting activities, recreational activities or other planned engagement. Travel taking place during an agreed CAMS support session forms part of the wider Chaperone, Mentor or activity support being provided and remains subject to assessment, safeguarding arrangements, insurance, risk assessment and applicable law.
Subscription hours can be allocated towards approved CAMS support based on the agreed needs, circumstances and support objectives of the child or young person.
Checkout will confirm membership, package, monthly price, hours, dates, next billing date, hour expiry, waiting time, upgrades, pause, cancellation and cooling-off information, then Membership Terms, Subscription Terms, Privacy Notice and safeguarding information.
Many online service contracts currently carry a 14 day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where you ask CAMS to begin paid support during that period, we record this request:

You can upgrade during a month, choose a lower tier from the next period, or pause paid support while remaining a CAMS Member.
Yes. Keep, upgrade, downgrade from the next period, pause paid support, or restart later. Unused hours expire at the end of the subscription period and do not roll over. Ending CAMS Membership is separate from pausing a Support Subscription.
We're flexible. If a young person's needs change mid-programme, we can adjust the intervention plan. Contact us to discuss options.
Package fees include transport to sessions. Specialist activities beyond the agreed plan, or extra formal reports, may have additional costs. Anything extra is agreed in advance with full transparency.
You purchase a recurring CAMS Support Subscription after creating CAMS Membership. Payment can be collected by Direct Debit or recurring card payment. Unused monthly hours expire at the end of that subscription period. A 14-day cancellation period may apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We provide detailed recommendations and follow-up support. Many young people continue with extended or different packages based on progress and evolving needs.

Cost includes the mentor's time, DBS checking, training, supervision, transport to sessions, reports where applicable, and ongoing communication with referrers.

Professional and parent referrals
CAMS services offers a Membership plus monthly Support Subscription. Mercury, Venus, Earth and Jupiter set 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours for the current month at £75, £145, £210 or £270. Membership can stay active when paid support is paused. Hours expire at the end of the subscription period and do not roll over.
Packages include DBS-checked mentors, transport for session travel where required, refreshments during activities, and written updates for parents and referrers. Following an initial consultation we recommend the most appropriate tier and provide a personalised quotation aligned with your safeguarding and placement requirements.
